CE3 and CE3

Three components which will achieve Constituent Engagement 3.0 – CE3:
CE1 – The Database
CE2 – The Delineation – demographic and geographic, etc.
CE3 – The modes of Relationship Formation.


Three elements of the infrastructure of Constituent Engagement 3.0 of a known realm – CE3:
CE1 – You engaging constituents
CE2 – Constituents engaging you
CE3 – Constituents engaging each other

A key to the success of CE2 and CE3 is the willingness of a constituent to engage.

There are three essential factors:

1st – Constituent interest in engagement (sharing perspectives and communal involvement)

2nd – Delineated and known paths for the expression of those interests, related to both CE2 and CE3.

3ed – Scope of receptiveness by (a) communal leaders and institutions, and (b) other constituents.
