SpectrumEngagement seeks to advance the discourse which will guide national, state, regional and local entities in achieving a pluralistic, inclusive, democratic society.
The following categories provide the context for framing the infrastructure which advances the inclusion of all individuals within the full society and in every realm.

Constituent Engagement

Constituent Engagement consists of (a) leaders engaging constituents, (b) constituents engaging leaders, and (c) constituents engaging each other mutually. Essential constituent engagement components are (a) Maintaining a comprehensive Database of constituents within the delineated realm, (b) Delineation by demographics, geography, and additional factors, and (c) modes of Relationship Formation.
Society

We all navigate lives shaped by focuses which shift between (a) self, (b) those in our circles, and (c) the infrastructures which frames the context of the many realms within which we live.
Regions

The primary factor related to Regions is the awareness of (a) all the jurisdictions within the region in which a constituent lives and (b) which jurisdiction is relevant to the topics with which the constituent seeks to engage and affect.
Sectors

Just as Regions are the geographic divisions in society, Sectors are the functional divisions. The Sectors in society are (a) government, (b) education, (c) human services, (d) business, and (e) religion.
